What will cause Revolution in India?
Preamble: All these writings were written by the grandson of His Holiness The 11th Pathinen Siddhar Peedathipathi Kaveri Atrangkarai Karuvoorar. He was the great man who envisioned and created the Late Chola Empire in and out of India.
Every Country in the World goes through Revolution of some sorts. When will people of India revolt together next? Is International Monetary Fund (IMF), United Nations (UN), World Bank doing justice to the World as they promised? Are they one-sided? Why did the World lose trust on Democracy? Does all of these need a shake-up? – These are the questions that exists in everyone’s mind today.
//The below points are written by His Holiness, Siddhar Arasayogi Karuwooraar in the year 1992.
- In the last few months (between 1991 and 1992), we have heard a lot about the IMF loan and the conditions imposed by them. There are a lot of people who tend to treat this matter very lightly. The well being and independence of the people are being compromised and reduced by the conditions proposed by the IMF loan. Conditions of the IMF loan include privatization of various industries included the essential services like Railways.
- Once the Government starts selling off the Public sector and other essential services to a group of Capitalists, the consequences of such an action will be very apparent and disastrous to the sovereignty of the Indian people.
- The policies of America regarding the IMF loan will lead to the strengthening of a very few number of capitalists and lead to marginalization of the Indian Government. As the power of Capitalists keep increasing, America will start to give loans directly to these few powerful capitalists. It will refuse to give loans to the Indian Government as it will claim that the loans cannot be reclaimed.
- This will lead to the weakening of the financial power of the Indian Government. Hence, this will lead to the weak funding of the Indian Military and completely weaken India’s capacity to defend herself from her neighbors.
- At the same time, the power of the few capitalists would be greatly increased as America would have kept funding them. As the labor force employed by the vast conglomerates controlled by the few capitalists would be kept in a tight leash by their owners, there will be no meaningful electoral process. This will lead to complete frustration of the needs and the aspirations of the people and will lead to continuous conflict between the Capitalists and people and will lead to a bloody revolution.
Editor’s Note:
This article was written in 1992, 30 years later, we could see that this as a reality of today all over the World. The Kings had exorbitant powers; they lost the balance and did not look into the needs of the people. They of course had some good things on their side. But, the Monarchy system had to end and we now have Democracy all over the World. The philosophy of Democracy is failing and there are cries to Save Democracy all over the World. Democracy and Capitalism are intertwined. It is important to understand that the current state of Democracy all over the World has gone beyond repair and it will be overthrown completely in the near future. The intellects of today and tomorrow should be ready to evaluate different forms of philosophy that would be ideal to govern the people after the end of bloody revolution.
