Theory behind Thakadu (Copper Plates)
Thakadu (Copper Plates) are given by Sidhars and Sages to enhance the collection of divine energy. When the copper plate is blessed by a sage, it is analogous to imprinting a circuit board in a chip. The copper plate will then help collect and focus the divine energy for the purpose which it was blessed for. We can then use our prayers to gather the divine energy via the copper plate at a much faster pace. An analogy would be if we were on an island and waving our hands asking for diving energy. It would be difficult for helicopters or ships to see us. But, instead if we could light a fire during the daytime or shine a flashlight during night time, it would be much easier to see. Copper plates similarly provide a way of tapping into the divine energy and collecting them so it is easier for us.
Note: Sidhar’s copper plates are always empty, there are no writings or carvings on the plates. This is because the blessing is the one which energizes the plate and brings us in touch with the divine energy. There is no need for any writing on other symbolism on the copper plate needed.
Note: Prayers must still be said, the copper plate is not a replacement for saying prayers. If prayers are not said, the energy will arrive at the copper plate but will never be absorbed by us. If the divine energy is not absorbed by us over a period of time, it will lose it effectiveness and fade away,
